She does all of this with a tactful diplomacy and with a high degree of responsibility.

In my twenty-three years as principal, I have found it unusual to have a young person manifest the keen perceptiveness, the ability and the desire to undertake the"impossible". Her determination is unmatched. She appropriately shares her "hopes or ideas" with me in advance. She capably supports and documents her intentions. Once given the green light, she's off ! Great things happen!
