Hey Jen,

I think Katherine would be perfect for this position and I can't think of someone more qualified or better suited to it, frankly. Katherine is insanely organized, able to multi-task like you've never seen, and always gives 150% or more and does it cheerfully. She's honest, very good at thinking strategically, and looking at what's best for the organization in the long-run. She has an excellent feel for the youth service field, who's out there doing great things, and obviously, has a ton of contacts across the country from her time as Field Manager for NYSD that I'm sure would be an asset. I think you'd be not only impressed at Katherine's talents, but very happy with your decision if you hired her.
